​Our live Zoom Hypnobirthing courses are here to stay for 2026 - because incredible birth preparation shouldn't depend on your postcode, childcare , or energy levels at the end of the day.

These live, interactive sessions give you the full Born This Way Hypnobirthing experience: evidence-based education, deep mindset work, practical tools for labour, and real, honest conversations about birth- all delivered by and experienced Midwife and Hypnobirthing teacher.

You'll learn how to work with your body, understand your choices, communicate confidently with your care team, and approach birth feeling calm, informed and in control, whatever path your birth takes.

• 4 live Wednesday evening classes on Zoom
• 7.00-9.30pm ( UK time)
• A supportive, relaxed group environment
• Space to ask questions 
• Tools to use in pregnancy, birth and beyond
